Nino Gorgodze
Ms. Nino Gorgodze is a PMI-certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and PMI-authorized instructor with extensive experience in both project management practice and professional training delivery. She specializes in PMP® exam preparation and has been actively involved in designing and delivering structured project management courses aligned with PMI standards, the PMBOK® Guide, and the PMP® Examination Content Outline.
As a trainer, Ms. Gorgodze has delivered PMP® preparation courses and project management workshops through the Institute for Digital Diplomacy (IDD), as well as within initiatives supported by the NATO Liaison Office (NLO) in Georgia, PMI Chapter Tbilisi, and other professional training contexts. Her teaching approach combines theoretical clarity with strong emphasis on practical application, enabling participants to understand complex project management concepts and apply them effectively in real-world scenarios. Her PMP® training methodology focuses on developing both exam readiness and professional competence. She guides learners through key domains of project management, including People, Process, and Business Environment, while also strengthening their understanding of predictive, Agile, and hybrid project management approaches. Her sessions are highly interactive and include case studies, practical exercises, mock exam questions, and scenario-based learning to ensure participants are fully prepared for the PMP® certification exam.
In addition to her teaching work, Ms. Gorgodze brings over 15 years of professional experience in strategic project management, international cooperation, and capacity-building programs in the defence and security sector. She has led complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives and advised senior leadership in international environments, giving her a strong foundation to connect PMI theory with practical project execution challenges. Ms. Gorgodze holds a Master’s degree in Security Studies and is an alumna of the NATO Defence College, the Geneva Centre for Security Policy, and the George C. Marshall Center. She is committed to continuous professional development and regularly updates her training materials to reflect the latest PMI standards and evolving project management methodologies.
