CTC Refund Policy
Caucasus Training Center (CTC) is committed to delivering high-quality training programs and excellent learning experiences. This Refund Policy establishes the terms and conditions regarding cancellations, substitutions, and refunds for participants enrolled in CTC training programs. The objective is to provide clarity and fairness while ensuring smooth operations.
1. Cancellations by Participants
- More than 14 days before training start date: 100% refund.
- Between 7 and 14 days before training start date: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before training start date: No refund.
2. Transfers and Substitutions
Participants may request:
- Transfer of their registration to another training program of equal or lesser value (at least 7 days before start).
- Substitution (nominating another participant) at no additional cost if requested before the start date.
3. Cancellations or Postponements by CTC
If CTC cancels or postpones a training program, participants will be entitled to either:
- A full refund of the registration fee
- A transfer to another scheduled training program of equal value
4. Non-attendance
No refunds will be provided for participants who fail to attend without prior notification.
5. Special Circumstances
Refund requests outside the standard policy (e.g., due to medical emergencies, visa or travel restrictions for international participants) may be considered at CTC’s sole discretion upon receiving valid supporting documentation.
6. Processing of Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days using the original method of payment. Any applicable bank or transaction fees will be borne by the participant.
